Ben Moors is a professional musician working in the Bangor area. He currently teaches guitar, bass and mandolin lessons at two studio locations, Knapp's Music Center in Bangor, and 695 Stillwater Avenue in Old Town. He previosly taught at Knapp's Music Center from 2001 to 2009. Ben currently performs with the bluegass band Raw Chicken. He also performs solo on the classical guitar.
Ben has earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Guitar Performance with a concentration in classical guitar from the University of Maine in 2001, graduating Magna Cum Laude. His musical experience is extensive, spanning 17 years and many different musical genres such as rock, flamenco, jazz, bluegrass, and classical.
